Melissa Chavas-Miller launched her DMACC career as an adjunct instructor, teaching Leadership Development at the Newton Campus. In 2007, she transitioned to DBR as a Business Consultant working primarily in Polk and Dallas Counties. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree from Simpson College and a master's in educational leadership and policy studies, specializing in organizational development and learning from Iowa State University. With over 30 years of experience in Organizational Development and Training in Central Iowa, she is deeply committed to helping businesses in the region grow and thrive. Melissa’s strong business acumen enables her to identify challenges and implement solutions that drive profitability and productivity for her clients.
