David has over 30 years of team and business leadership experience developing and executing winning strategies that deliver results.  He has significant experience in sales and product management, sales processes, operations, organizational development, mergers, and acquisitions.  His consulting practice helps companies simplify, scale, and improve market development, business growth, profit expansion, and optimization of cash flow.

For the last 20 years, David has held various leadership roles, including Vice President, General Manager, and President of several multinational business units within Roper Technologies and General Electric.  In these roles, he has led businesses through strategic investment decisions, go-to-market strategies, and business development efforts in the major markets of North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

David holds a Systems Engineering bachelor’s degree from The United States Military Academy (West Point) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University.  David’s diverse background and broad experience leading cross-functional organizations provide significant insight and capability to Kinetic Action Partners’ clients.
