My husband, Troy and I moved to Johnston in May of 2005. We are both Iowa State alums and we have three sons. Max is a Senior at ISU, Isaac is a Junior at Iowa, Collin is a freshman at ISU. I have been with Big Green Umbrella Media since October of 2017. I've been active in the Johnston Chamber since I started with BGUM. You'll usually see me snaping photos for my "Out and About" section of my magazine and for the Johnston Living Weekly. I'm serving my 2nd year of being on the chamber board. I've been on the Educator Appreciation committee for the last three years and have helped out where needed at almost all chamber events.
